Red Soft Corporation signed a contract with "City Management Company" LLC (Mirax Group) on April 24, 2007 to build Central Data Warehouse solution for Mirax Service company based on Red Warehouse technology. Resulting solution will allow managing data flows between different information systems and create current data view into the Mirax Service operations for company management and external data consumers.

Mirax Service company was founded in year 2002 to manage apartment houses and business centres built by Mirax Group. The company entered municipal housing management market in year 2006. Mirax Service performs full cycle of living and commercial property management - from contracting to technical service of buildings to adjacent land improvement projects. The company currently services 600000 square meters of real estate and has over 350 employees. 40% of Mirax Service employees have college degrees in management, housing operation, construction or engineering.
