  • The hot line schedule: from 10.00 to 16.00 (Moscow time) from Monday till Friday (the schedule will be modified in the future).
  • It is toll free to phone from anywhere within Russia.
  • Technical issues are resolved by qualified technicians in line with Technical support levels, described in the "Technical support" regulations.
